As I have thought about this device recently - I post it here. I do not know if someone has ever mentioned it.
I have a lot of documentation - but only in German and cannot find an equivalent in English. I know about the device (my friend has one) for about 10 years. There are at least two types - now. One where you only have some sort of sound and another one where you may connect any CD.
As far as I remember from the 90ies Flanagan got some gold medal from European Community for his research. Some people were able to hear - who are deaf or nearly deaf - because the vibrations are transmitted through the body- I do not remember exactly - I had at least 50 pages of explanations and experiences. My friend and I had a sort of demonstration
about 10 years ago almost and she bought one.
We discussed recently - because after doing the CD course for 2 years we are a bit "adventureous" haha
and think that it would be interesting to get the contents of the CD course into body cells completely 
As Russian Scientists had already proven in 2004 or before (I did a one year training in 2004 and then had read about it)
that the DNA is reacting directly to spoken words!!! so what could be better than feed the sound of Gerald`s voice
directly into our DNA - 
haha clever idea - isn`t it! We want a new DNA- "updated" - so we may buy a new device - my friend had bought the type where no external device can be connected- we need one with connection to a CD player.
If someone is interested - there must be some websites with details and so on-
I saw some forum and so on - blogs- but everyone may find what is appropriate for him/her.
